Why Modular?
The Northman is Timber’s most popular unit but not all landscapes allow for traditional crane or shed mover access. The Modular Northman allows Timber to access difficult landscapes by building each section in our warehouse in Michigan, then shipped to you. From there our assembly team will travel and assist in setting up your Northman. Pricing varies by region and difficulty of installation.
