Benching
Our L-Bench layout includes a large side window. This design provides a large amount of space on the top bench, while also creating a spacious feeling in the room. The large side window is perfect for relaxing and reflecting while looking out at a great view.
Our Opposing Bench layout is perfect for creating a community space. It maximizes top bench space while allowing for conversations and relationships to flourish. The large back window lets in tons of natural light, but the focal point will be the person sitting across from you.

Robust Insulation & Vapor Barrier

We use RockWool insulation to ensure maximal heat retention along with foil backed vapor barrier. Each seam, joint and openings are taped to ensure a proper seal.

There are a variety of electric, propane and wood burning heaters from IKI, Kuuma and Homecraft to choose from.

Materials
Interior and Exterior Wood
Knotty Western Red Cedar
Offers the excellent performance at a more accessible price point. The distinctive knots create a rustic look while providing moisture resistance and pleasant cedar aroma. Natural oils offer antimicrobial properties.
Clear Western Red Cedar
This knot-free wood features rich reddish-brown tones and stays cooler to the touch than other options. It offers superior resistance to decay and moisture, with a fresh cedar scent that enhances the sauna experience.
Thermal Pine
Thermal pine undergoes heat treatment that improves stability and creates warm, honey-toned coloring. The process virtually eliminates resin bleeding while increasing moisture and decay resistance. Surfaces stay cooler to the touch, making it suitable for both walls and benching.
Thermal Spruce
Thermal spruce combines traditional Nordic aesthetics with enhanced durability through thermal modification. The treatment creates consistent coloring throughout each board while improving dimensional stability and moisture resistance. The bright appearance helps small spaces feel larger.
Thermal Aspen
Thermal aspen provides warm honey to light caramel tones with exceptional stability. Nearly odorless, it stays cool to the touch and maintains consistent color without graying. Excellent resistance to moisture damage makes it a durable choice.
